Notes from the Importer: Charles Dufour is now in the fifth generation. The Dufour house has excellent locations on the Côte de Bar. Charles has decided to vinify his own champagne under the name “Bulles de Comptoir”. The grapes for his cuvée come from a total of 6 vineyards around the municipality of Landreville in the Côte des Bar in the Aube department, about 120 km southwest of the Marne Valley.

Thanks to the mild climate and the soil, powerful delicate champagnes are the results of it. His mother Francoise Martinot was the mainspring to go in the direction of organic. Charles uses these grapes, which are produced with a lot of love and experience.
