Alexandre Bain, born in Pouilly, began his adventure in 2007 on 5 hectares in Tracy sur Loire on a very beautiful terroir with a dominant clay-limestone. He very quickly turned to the principles of biodynamic agriculture to produce the most natural wines possible, without filtration or fining. The result is very singular Sauvignons, which have sometimes been rejected by the INAO because they are so different, different but interesting and pure, golden, sometimes in an exotic register depending on the vintage.
