Notes from the Importer Bon Jus is a magical wine produced by Ryan Stirm, one of our favorite, true, 'vignerons' in the US. We approached Ryan about creating the Bon Jus label in early in 2019. He told us he'd never made a skin-contact wine before, to which we asked, "But you could...right?"
