Vinification: 5 days of maceration on the skins, then pressed. Fermentation is done in tank, then grape must is added back into the wine after winter and put into bottle.

Notes from the Importer: Bulli is a traditional Emilia-Romagna producer
that here creates what the nonni (grandparents) used to call Bolle
Macerato. Bolle is the often used slang abbreviation of bollincine,
literally 'bubbles.
