Notes from the Importer: Le Pérou is an astonishingly delightful Cabernet Franc with discreet and elegant tannins. From a 35-year-old vineyard on eolian sands and limestone and silex sub soil, surrounded by maritime pines, in a natural protected area, benefiting a mediterranean microclimate.
