Winemaker Sebastian took on the family estate in 2012 and set about converting its vineyards to organic viticulture. What was once a regimented sequence of bland rows, blossomed into a biodiverse paradise; with cover crops and insects thriving amongst the vines. In 2017 they were able to produce their first, naturally vinified vintage.
