Ladies Nite is our Summertime bubble made from 100% organic Chardonnay from Hawkeye Ranch.
This is a spritzy, refreshing bubbles, tart and easy to drink. We picked the fruit a bit early to maintain acidity. The result is a vibrant pet-nat with notes of crunchy green apples, jasmine tea, and fresh herbs.
