Notes from the Importer The Extra Brut "Ultradition" by Laherte Frères is rich, smooth, dry and amazing. It is produced using reserve wines aged in oak barrels and it is aged on the lees for about 48 months. It smells of white fruit, almonds, dried flowers and pastry. The flavour is round, ample and creamy but also dry, taut, long and vibrant.
