Vinification: The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration. The Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris are skin fermented for two weeks. The Syrah and Mourvedre are co-fermented and then aged in neutral oak for seven months. Afterward, it is infused with steam-distilled organic Rose Geranium hydrosol and bottled with a Champagne starter to add effervescence.
Aging: Partly in stainless and partly in old oak barrels

Notes from the Importer: This year I collaborated with my friends, Wonderwerk, to grow our line of natural wines that celebrate Latinidad. This is our third vintage and we couldn’t be more excited to share these wines with the world. When I started to work on this project, I wanted to create a wine that spoke to my community at the intersection of all the things that make us unique as a culture; I hope you feel that passion when you enjoy these wines.
