Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and added to the fermenter as whole bunches. The bunches ferment semi-carbonically in 5000 liter stainless steel tanks for about 12 days.
Aging: Elevage takes place in 10 year old 225 liter barrels

Pomegranate, cherry, pink peppercorn on the palate.
