Vinification: Each vineyard was picked and fermented separately. The whole clusters were destemmed and fermented in stainless tanks until they reached dryness. Approximately 1/3 of the Devito and Lolonis grapes were also pressed directly and fermented on their own.
Aging: The macerated and direct press lots were blended together just prior to bottling.

Notes from the Distributor: The maceration on the skins lends this wine exceptional texture and mouthfeel. The gentle tannins work in harmony with the full texture that Chardonnay can contribute. Notes of apricot and stone fruit stand out on the nose, but a fine streak of minerality, plushness and acid carries the wine through the finish.
