Notes from the Importer: Rafaël Raybois is a young 28-year-old winemaker who has been living in Sabran in the Cèze valley in the Gard department since 2020. Disciple of the Soulier brothers and Valentin Vallès among others, he cultivates, in organic and biodynamic agriculture (in the process of certification), six hectares of vines (30 to 60 years old) mainly exposed northeast. The work is essentially manual with very moderate use of machinery and the doses of copper and sulfur are kept to a minimum to preserve the health of the soil.
