Notes from the Importer: Salima and Alain own 4 hectares here - they horse-plough (but only under the vine, not mid-row) and have farmed organically since 2012. Elevage takes place in different-sized neutral oak barrels. They only make vintage Champagne, and they push extended lees aging sur latte (like 4-8 years - the wines below were all disgorged earlier this year). They’ve been 0-0 since 2019.
