Notes from the Importer: This cuvée is the Riesling Trocken with a rich mineral depth only lees aging can bring. The sandstone and loess soils produce textural wines reminiscent of those in neighboring Alsace, wines with a complexity that fuses lightness and freshness with depth and length. The Riesling Sur Lie spends 18 months in stainless steel on the lees, adding an extra layer of energy and mystery.
