It originally resulted from having to direct-press all of the Santa Cruz Pinot in 2020 due to the fires that year. Now the dreams are intentionally laid away for a longer elevage in the attempt to make a serious blanc de noir that can fill in for when we are craving a pedigreed white wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eOrganic and regenerative Pinot Noir from the southern end of Carneros with a lot of marine influence. Minimal tilling and irrigation. Intelligent cover cropping. Sheep grazing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eVery gently pressed. The core of the press cuts went into Let’s Get Fizzical 2023(release date tbd) with some of the heart going into this wine along with the free-run and harder pressings.
