Notes from the Importer: Vincent Couche is a young vigneron from Côte des Bar, where he manages 10 hectares of Pinot Noir since 1973 in Buxeuil and 3 hectares of Chardonnay since 1985 in Montgueux. Since 2008 he has been running the family's domanine using biodynamic practices (Demeter Certification) so as to preserve every single life form in its soil, on and in it. The parcels are densly cultivated (up to 10,000 vines/hectare) in order to increase the vines competition and to ensure the bunches their full ripeness, since they are forced to produce less.
