Join us for our monthly deep dive featuring wines from rising Burgundy star Bastian Wolber. Bastian Wolber is known to be a prodigy in winemaking. While working with Ganevat, he injured himself falling off a skateboard, which led him to head back to his family's estate in Germany. He started there his own negociant project Laisse Tomber, which means "Let it be" more playful on words "Let it fall", an ode to his epic skating biff. He sources fruit across Europe, from Baden, to Savoie, Alsace and Burgundy for his own project, while working for the legendary Jean-Yves Bizot.
