We’re super excited to share wines from one of our favorite new voices in Burgundy—Catharina Sadde. Originally from Dresden, Germany, Catharina started out as a chef before falling head over heels for wine. After working harvests with legends like Comte Armand and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (casual!), she planted roots in Pommard and launched her own project in 2019.
This tasting is a little peek into her world—where intuition trumps tradition, and lesser-loved grapes like Gamay and Aligoté get their time to shine. We’ll be pouring two of her rosés (2021 + 2023), each with its own vibe and vintage charm, plus a Pinot Noir from 2021 that shows off her more serious, structured side.
