Savagnin in the hands of Frederic Cossard sounded like a dream to us, so we're very happy to have a little of this stashed away. Made in the topped-up or 'ouille' style as they call it in the Jura, this warmer vintage has brought out the more exotic side of the grape, with, showing tropical fruits, citrus and spice.
