Buvons is a women-owned natural wine bar, restaurant, and bottle shop in Long Beach, California, focused on small-production wines you won’t find just anywhere—from Jura to Champagne to Burgundy and beyond. Our food is French-Mediterranean with a fresh California kiss. Come sip with us, stay for a meal, join a tasting, or take a bottle home.
Our Expansion
Buvons is now more than a wine shop + bar—we’ve added a full kitchen, cozy dining room, and a lush garden patio. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual glass or staying for a full meal, we’ve created a space to sip, dine, and unwind. Come see what’s new. All ages welcome.

Winemaker Deep Dive x Bastian Wolber
THURSDAY JULY 17th - 7:30pm
Bastian Wolber is known to be a prodigy in winemaking, he first started working with Ganevat (Jura, FR) and now is under the legendary Jean-Yves Bizot (Burgundy, FR). With his personal négociant project Laisse Tomber, he sources fruit across Europe, from Baden, to Savoie, Alsace and Burgundy, allowing himself to fully express his identity as German winemaker in France.
