About the Producer: The idea was to keep the Trollinger as light and drinkable as possible, but to do it differently from everyone else. Aldinger style. This is pure Trollinger, just fermented grape juice without any additives.
Puristic label, puristic natural wine from Aldinger from near Stuttgart Wine: You can smell cherries in all shades, raspberries, wild strawberries, tobacco, forest, earth and meadow, also spices such as nutmeg and allspice. The party continues in the glass, really berry, red fruit bowl with a little tannin and a slight fruit sweetness. The Aldinger Feldbacher Sine shows Trollinger natural wine in awesome!

Trollinger Sine stands for an ultra-puristic Trollinger, in the vineyard greatly reduced in yield, which was developed like a Beaujolais in the approach. Grows in the Große Lage Fellbacher Lämmler, but is naturally classified as a local wine due to the way it is made.
