Vinification: Another wine that changed significantly from its 2022 edition. We still blended three styles of Pinot Noir from Hawkeye Ranch: carbonic, rosé, and red, but the white grapes used for this year ’s blendwere Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, while the other components were matured in neutral oak barrels.Maceration on the skins for 14 days was also employed on a portion of the Pinot Blanc.
Aging: 12 months in French oak
Sulfur: 20ppm at bottling
