Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Direct press of the Syrah. Cinsault is gently infused into the Syrah juice for 3 to 4 days. After pressing everything, the wine ferments and ages in stainless steel for 6 months. Wine is bottled in March-April the following year. No fining.

Notes from the Producer: After completing my architectural studies I worked for two years in the Stuttgart office of Kohlhoff & Kohlhoff as a project manager. After the birth of our first son Falk in 1996 I joined the family business of my husband Nikolaus as head of office organization and accounting.
