Notes from the Importer: Zéroine is a joint project between Maylis Bernard, Jean-François Ganevat and his sister Anne Ganevat. Behind this micro-wine estate of Rotalier (in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region), a single philosophy: creating high-quality natural wines. Maylis became a winemaker following a professional reconversion and a BTS in oenology, inspired by the Ganevat family and driven by the desire to perpetuate the Jura tradition of making the purest wines possible.
