Notes from the Importer: Passionate about vines and wine, Raphaëlle settled in her native region, Puisaye Forterre. Located on the borders of Burgundy, halfway between Sancerrois and Chablis. There are not many vines left in the region except for a few acres. Reviving lost vineyards and replanting the hillsides once cultivated with vines before phylloxera, that is the project.
The vines are worked according to the principles of organic farming. The first plantation was carried out at the beginning of April 2020 with 0.75ha of Chardonnay, then a second in 2021 with 1ha of Chardonnay. At the end of 2019, the project expanded with the takeover of the Ferme de l'Orme du Pont located in Ste Colombe sur Loing, not far from the vineyards. 75 hectares surround these 19th century buildings.
