Notes from the Importer: The Morandin farm has only three hectares, one of which is planted with vines and the other two with forest.
Only one wine has always been produced, Lèntico. A wine of tradition: a pét-nat white from with Glera, Perera, Verdiso and Bianchetta grapes, that is, the traditional blend of Prosecco produced in these areas. The other two hectares of forest, guarantee an efficient balance of the ecosystem that allows the winery to work in total naturalness, without herbicide fertilizers or other chemicals and without interfering with the normal processes of the vineyard.
