Vinification: Grapes are hand picked and whole clusters are pressed. Juice is racked after 48 hours and fermentation and malo are left to occur naturally.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in stainless tanks and on the lees.

Notes from the Importer: Adrien, cousin of Gilles Berlioz, started his own domaine in 2006 at the age of 25. One of the most talented vignerons in Savoie, he has been certified organic since 2012, and integrates several biodynamic practices. He has steep vineyards that are all plowed by horse. His Jacquere comes from 80+ yr old vines on limestone soil. Minerally, salty, bright citrus, and lovely texture.
