Apples pressed and macerated two weeks, followed by a second pressing at Old World Winery in Fulton, Ca.
Aged in oak barrel for nine months.
Dynamic perfume, fruit-forward, apricot, and pear notes, but unmistakably high in acid, tannins, and farmhouse funk.
