Notes from the Importer: Production of this Vermut comes from a bodega in Tarragona that’s been using the same techniques for over 70 years, keeping things really true to tradition. The vermut ages in 100% French oak barrels, with a small amount of aged vermut, following the Solera system for some added complexity. The goal of this project was to produce something ultra old-school but with a fresh feel, taste, and high-quality ingredients. Can be served classically on the rocks (with a green olive and orange slice) and even incorporated into a Negroni.
