Notes from the Importer: After taking over an old farm in Chassey Le Camp, Burgundy, in 2017, Naima and David Didon both have winemaking lineage and now have their little piece of biodynamic wine paradise.
The soil is filled with dense yellow limestone and is recognised as one of the very best in the village. Whilst they both chose the difficult path, that is to farm biodynamically without the use of any chemicals or sprays and then make the wines themselves, David and Naima are one of the fastest rising winemakers out of Burgundy, delivering wines of the highest purity and you're unable to escape that feeling as you open up their wine.
