Notes from the Producer: After completing my architectural studies I worked for two years in the Stuttgart office of Kohlhoff & Kohlhoff as a project manager. **Slight caramel, toffee apple and freshly cut grass on the palate. A full sensation in the mouth, with flowing acidity and an elegantly long finish.
Best served chilled and with some grilled prawns or white fish on the BBQ and green or white asparagus on the side.
