Notes from the Importer: 50% Grenache Noir and 50% Clairette Rose; a juice produced from very small berries, because the plot had suffered hail. 10 days of whole bunch maceration of the two grape varieties, and at the time of devatting, there was almost no juice, and above all a juice that was not at all colored, which should have been almost red, and which really smelled of ginger! There was a real intra-pellicular maceration! Short aging in vats. Bottled on October 12, 2022, it is a premiere. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
