Notes from the Importer: Rose Pet Nat of Barbera grown on the Kareen
family estate named for the family’s surname Nemet. This estate pet nat is our second entry into the sparkling world (we also make a Chenin Blanc Pet Nat), notes of pomegranate adorn this sparkling wine who’s bubbles are formed by trapping carbon produced from the yeast converting natural sugars into the alcohol.
