Notes from the Importer: L'Apical is a project founded in 2012 in the heart of the Penedès region, the fruit of the union of Sergi Sevillano and Martí Giralt. With a family background in the wine world, Martí, who has been involved in viticulture for over 40 years, has teamed up with Sergi to create wines that reflect authenticity and respect for tradition.
The winery focuses on producing natural wines, made with ancestral techniques and without chemical additives, allowing them to offer unique products, such as the Coll de la Sitja Ancestral, with limited productions that guarantee quality and uniqueness in each bottle.
