Located in Comblanchien, the southernmost village of the Côte de Nuits, young Antoine Lienhardt has taken over his family’s vines and in just a couple of years, heads are already turning. Graced with several plots of old vines and the passion to do virtually every aspect of the labor themselves, he works alongside his dynamic sister Héloise who handles all administrative aspects of the domaine.

Their vineyards are farmed organically and crops are kept below 40HL/Hectare. Fairly long skin maceration is the rule here with minimal manipulation through the aging process. Fining and filtering are not part of the program. After tasting the wines, it became very clear that we were in the presence of a truly over-achieving wine maker.
