Vinification: We direct-press the grapes into neutral French oak barrels where it stays until bottling.
Aging: 6 months in barrel, then 1 month in tank.

Notes from the Importer: A classic, lean Chardonnay with balanced acidity and present fruit that smells like green melons, dried nectarines and a hint of eucalyptus. A zippy California white wine, that we could drink a few bottles of in a row. There’s subtle butter on the nose, for those of you who look for that little kiss of oak, but at 12% abv it’s still fresh enough for the park.
