In 2023, he carried out his first harvest, exclusively based on the purchase of Chardonnay grapes that he carefully selected. Passionate about respectful viticulture, he focuses on vinifications without any inputs , to reveal the purity and elegance of this emblematic grape variety of the region.
Its vintages, notably from the Saint-Véran or Pouilly-Fuissé appellations, express with precision and freshness the richness of the Mâconnais limestone terroirs, with a minimalist approach that sublimates each plot. A promising production to discover for lovers of authentic natural wines.
