Notes from the Importer: This original combination of lambic from Halle and wine from Liège, combines fine acidity and depth. The colour is clear with an orange glow. The first nose reminds you of a good gueuze: a combination of sour and fruity aromas. The fuller texture of the Lambic beers is balanced by the fine sparkle of the Walloon "crémant". A successful experiment!
