Shipping Policy
Age & Delivery Requirements UPS (and any other carrier we occasionally use) can only deliver wine to someone 21 or older.
Canceling a Shipped Order If you need to cancel after an order has already shipped, we can do so for a small cancellation fee based on order size.
Heat & Frost We're not responsible for heat- or frost-related damage in transit. Ice packs are available on request — just let us know ahead of time if you're worried about weather along the route. If we don't hear from you before your order ships, we can't take responsibility for temperature damage.
What Happens After You Order
- You'll get an order confirmation email with your summary.*
- Orders ship within 2-4 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's out the door.
- UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery isn't successful after 3 attempts, or the package isn't picked up from the depot by the carrier's deadline, it's returned to us — shipping fees are non-refundable in that case.
*Double-check your email at checkout — that's how we'll reach you with tracking info.
Returns All wine sales are final. If your order arrived damaged or was lost/discarded in transit, see the shipping issues above, those are handled through store credit only. Outside of that, we're not able to offer returns or refunds on wine once it's shipped.
