A lightly sparkling, fresh drink with mature flavors. Notes of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, almond and citrus. Strong tannins from the fireweed makes it a great companion for food and pairs well with a wide array of dishes.
How it’s made
ENG (Meadow) is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants Meadowsweet, Fireweed and Sweet Vernal Grass, collected by our network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway. Combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud biodynamic farm in Oslo.
