Notes from the Importer: Pepin, the negociant project of Achillée. Just like the Achillée wines, they are natural, farmed organically, harvested by hand, with no additives, only indigenous yeasts, fermented naturally, and just a tiny bit of sulphur added before bottling. The wines are made by independent winemakers from Achillée's network, lending these winemakers a platform to make wines, so the blending and grape varieties may change year by year, and sometimes the grapes even come from outside France!
The label art is designed by the artist Michel Tolmer, who is well-known in the world of natural wine.
