Notes from the Importer: The word "muz" was invented just to make the word game "VER-MUZ". The production of MUZ is based on a secret formula which comes from the work of an herbalist of Turin and must be dated around 1870. Massimo uses 1 barrel red, 1 young red and 1 oxidized white as the base. The varieties usually change depending on what's in the cellar to maintain a regular style.
