Notes from the Importer: Benjamin Taillandier, a visionary winemaker, embarked on his journey with a commitment to crafting wines that embody a unique philosophy. After completing winemaking school, Benjamin gained experience in a conventional winery before meeting natural winemaker Jean-Baptiste Senat in 2004. Inspired by Senat's innovative ideas and techniques, Benjamin pursued a similar winemaking philosophy.

In 2007, Benjamin returned to his family's hometown of Caunes-Minervois, located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire. He acquired 5.7 hectares of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, and Terret Gris, initially farming organically and later transitioning to biodynamics.
