Produced from fruit off of 50+ year old trees, this unique bottling falls in between Bordelet’s Sidre Tendre & Brut Tendre in residual sugar density. Weighing in at 2-3%RS, the aim is to be in a fresher style than his bottled ciders. Less skin maceration makes for a more refreshing cider that will be even more versatile, especially with cheese. As usual, sugar is never added and alcohol levels remain very low.
