Notes from the Winemaker: Cleopatra Wines (formerly known as Persephone Wines) are made in a little shed on the farm here in Basket Range, on the traditional land of the Peramangk people. They are completely zero-zero. They are fermented in an open-top barrel or in ceramic, and pressed in a vertical, wooden basket press. I have no formal wine training; I make wine with intuition and joy. - Rachel Signer
"Zippy, textural, and incredibly refreshing, this Fiano Pét-Nat is a bright burst of citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle herbs, all wrapped up in a gentle fizz. Think lime zest, crisp apple cider, and a touch of wildflowers, finishing with that signature mineral edge. Light, vibrant, and built for easy, joyful drinking. Drink with something salty, and let the good times unfold."
