Vinification: Half of the Müller-Thurgau grapes spend two weeks on the skins and the rest was directly pressed.
Aging: The wines go directly into approx. 5 year old barrel for about six months.

Notes from the Importer: The short story is @collincooks met Philip Lardot in France during harvest 2013 and proceeded to talk Philip into going to the Mosel where he met the eccentric Dr. Stein and now, years later, they (Stein and Philip) have a sort of master / grasshopper relationship.
